How A Summer Slimming Detox Helped Me Drop Six Dress Sizes And Transformed My Figure

The old me

Hi, I am Sara. I have been married for 31 years, and I have 2 adult sons.  I always believed I was making healthy choices.

I followed a clean diet, exercised regularly, and tried to eliminate sugar completely.

Despite my efforts...

The number on the scale wouldn’t move.

My stomach was constantly bloated, even after trying a 2 day fast. 

My energy was low, and by mid-afternoon, I felt like I needed a nap. 

I had convinced myself that feeling this way was just a part of aging. 

Then one night, while scrolling on my phone in bed, I stumbled upon something unexpected.

It was like trying to pedal a bike uphill with flat tires. No matter how hard I tried, progress was slow. 

So I asked: “How do I fix it?”

He said, "There’s a natural liver detox that helps reset the liver and reignite fat-burning. It’s a simple 10 second routine you do daily. It's surprisingly effective."

A Simple Daily Detox I Did Everyday Changed Everything 

 

I was skeptical. I mean, I’d tried everything. Injections, fasting, keto.

But after just a couple days of doing this slimming detox?

I noticed I was sleeping better. 

Then, I was not feeling as bloated. 

And soon... the pounds started coming off.

From 190 to 178... then 163... 142... and finally 136. I have an old pair of jeans I wore when I met my husband. I kept them for memorabilia. It was so fun to put them on and see my husband's eyes light up.

First, it was protein shakes. I stocked up on protein powders, almond milk, and every kind of fruit in the store to make the powder taste better. It was like choking down a glass of vitamins. It tasted horrible. 

Next, I tried keto. I gave up my favorite mediterranean foods, pasta, bread, even fruit. I had no energy and the cravings were awful. 

Then came the "cleansing" hacks. Drinking large amounts of water and taking supplements that make you go. I don't know what was worse, the stomach cramps or the unexpected accidents. 

One of my lowest moments? Breathing in the smell of chocolate and then eating broccoli. I saw a post online that promised it would reduce sugar cravings. It did not work. 

Yes, I was that desperate. I was trying everything.

And you know what the hardest part was? The feeling of failing.  It made me second-guess myself. It shook my confidence, my drive.

I was embarrassed. I avoided family get togethers. I had canceled dinner plans, and I avoided being in photos.

I wore shapewear to try and hide the excessive bloat. It caused red marks and blisters. It was uncomfortable to wear.

One day, I sat in my closet and cried after trying on several outfits before giving up and staying home. Nothing was fitting. 

I was worried about my health.

I had to try. I mean, I’d already tried everything else…It made sense.

Just one slimming detox a day and done.

I noticed changes almost immediately. 

My first night after having the detox, I slept better.

By day three, I felt energized, and the bloating was starting to disappear. 

By the end of week one? I was down several pounds.

It was easy to stick to the routine. Everday I was feeling better. My digestion improved. I had great energy in the afternoons. The sugar cravings disappeared. 

For the first time, it kept getting better. I could see my jawline again.  Going to pick out an outfit in the closet become fun. My large size clothes had become too loose to wear.

My husband is flirtier these days. He calls me "babe".  l love dressing up for date night. The spark has returned. 

All I can say is don't give up.  I know how it feels. I did not want to share this with anyone when I first started. I had so many failed attempts trying everything. It was defeating until I learned about the liver detox.

When I started getting results, I shared the video with my best friend. My best friend is now down 15 lbs. She is still a little upset with me for not sharing sooner.

The best part. My lab results and stepping on the scale at the doctor's office. The nurse had to double checked my chart.  Liver, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, and A1C are all in normal range. It's a big relief.

Now my nurse at the doctor's office is doing the daily slimming detox.
